HaiNan Provincial Service Center for Scholarly Exchange

The predecessor of HaiNan Provincial Service Center for Scholarly Exchange is Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of China, HaiNan Branch & HaiNan Provincial Rising Center for Overseas Cultural Exchange. Our center has been always abiding the service faith of “Professional, Comprehensive, Fast and Safe” and has been embarking on the project of the scholarly exchange and overseas cultural exchange since it was found on May, 1996. Up to now, our center has supplied hundreds of persons to take up advanced studied abroad. Their footmarks can be found in America , Canada , England , German, France , Holland , Austria , Australia , New Zealand , Japan , Singapore , Malaysia , etc. Our center has become renowned and unique scholarly exchange institution, whose social reputation also grows day by day and was praised by everyone in Hainan province.

In 2000, the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China and State Administration for Industry & Commerce had associated to rectify the domestic marketing of scholarly exchange and make them criterion. Otherwise, they had also audited and attest the qualification of agency institution for scholarly exchange. Our center has won the recognition of the above-mentioned authoritative department because of its “Strict management”, “Safe and reliable Operation Network”, “Professional and Quality Service”, “Proud Performance” and “Spiritual Reputation”. Therefore, it has the honor to get the qualification certificate (Certificate No. : JiaoWai. ZongZi. RenZi. [2000] 184). And it has become the legal institution for scholarly exchange, which can be counted on one's fingers in Hainan Province . The performance not only encourages us, but also expands the development space of our business. Many years business course, hundreds of successful cases and abundant & professional experience will become our footstones, which make persistent efforts. We will dedicate ourselves to the project of the scholarly exchange and cultural exchange as before and will also expand ulteriorly more channel of the scholarly exchange and overseas cultural exchange, which is safe, convenient and fast for more people. Our center will also do our humble best for the project of Hainan provincial scholarly exchange and cultural exchange.
